Tuesdays at Namasté

Every Tuesday, Namasté hosts almost two hours of uplifting change for the mind, body and spirit. First... YOGA & YOU (at 10:45am) is a gentle breath-centered yoga class, taught by Susan Jones, which meets your body wherever it may be, and helps move you in the direction of positive change ... for only $10 per session. (Bring your mat, water and pillow, if needed.)
Then at Noon, a Namasté CSL Practitioner will guide you through a half hour, free lunchtime meditation that will center and enhance the rest of your day.
